GetSearchResults API needs an address to search. Probably not what you are trying to do based on what I see on your site? Try GetRegionPostings.htm
I tried it using zip codes 19602 and 19611 and got few results as shown at my implementation
Also keep in mind that API does not provide as many listings as the Zillow web site.

GetSearchResults API returns zero results
We're getting zero results returned from our GetSearchResults API call. (West Reading, PA): see "Featured Property..."
