Getting a Loan for $25K in USDA Eligible?

Good morning, My husband and I are looking at a property that's listed at $25K.  We were wondering if any bank would finance a loan that small? His Credit Score is over 700, mine is over 600.  Since we are relocating, only I will be working for a few months as we settle in.  I would be making $30K a year.  We would be interested in FHA, USDA, or maybe even personal loan, if need be? Any thoughts on BEST way to finance.  We would have at least 20% down and closing costs, etc.

Hi there, I would suggest getting a pre-approval to make sure that everything will fall into place.  I would suggest contacting GSF Mortgage Corporation, the company is a Platinum Million Dollar Lender for USDA, and, if you decide against USDA, the loan officers can also speak with you about other programs, such as FHA.  [Content removed by Zillow Moderator. Hope this helped!
