Getting sales data for comparable properties

I am trying to get recent sales prices and data for comparable condos in order to request a re-assessment of my property. This seems beyond the Zestimate. I can't figure out how to get the information I require. Would appreciate any help.

I believe that Zillow need to provide comps for a given address for a fee. I would be willing to pay $10 for each property comp - if I am a buyer I estimate that I will use this service 3 - 7 times. This makes me a better buyer (and seller) and the agents will have a better informed customer.
