Good story about out of touch realtors

I live in CA and have been waiting to buy since 2006.  When I first started I would email low ball offers to realtors and never even get a response.  Now they often respond by saying that the bank will never accept my offer, so now I dont respond... and you know what it is funny... all I have to do is wait a few days and the realtor will respond with a "lets try the offer and see what the bank has to say!"... bwahahahaha... realtors... so out of touch.

I agree...that is out of touch.  If you were emailing me, the only thing I would be asking is for an appointment in the office.  This is not to be mean or anything, but how do they know your motivation if they have never met with you.  And are they submitting offers without your signature?

im just making the point that when things were good I never even got a response and now that things are horrible they actually respond... deluded and clueless but at least responsive.
