Graph on my home value needs to be corrected, it shows a 33% decrease in value when it should be 3%

The graph should be relative to the purchase price as a starting point in value. Instead, it starts @ nearly $100k more in value which in turn skews my change in value significantly.
Question refers to 330 N Freemont St, Matthews, NC 28105
