Are we talking rolls or real sushi like sashimi? I'm afraid the Valley doesn't offer much in the case of Real sushi like sashimi platters. Go to Little Tokyo or K-town for that.

I rather go to the All-You-Can-Eat restaurants, where they have all kind of the food: Pork, Beef, Sea foods which is included the Sushi, Crab, Lobster, clam, etc...

Not quite 'the Valley,' but the original Katsuya on Ventura Blvd. in Studio City is hands down the best!

Bree - since when is Studio City not the valley?  Katsuya in Studio City is great, but the service is terrible.  I prefer Sushi Yuzu in Toluca Lake on Riverside.  They are very creative, have excellent quality sushi and the service is pretty good.

Kushiyu. It is on Ventura Blvd (north side) between Wilbur and Reseda. Fantastic Sushi. You will love it.
