Great site, but stale info

Great site...however, the info is so out of date that it I am forced to use other sites.

Why are so many houses showing for sale when they appear to have been sold?  It makes it difficult to use this site.

Please work towards getting more up to date info on properties.  In my example, I was mostly looking in the 48178 zip code.

Houses show for sale when they've been sold because a lot of agents put their listings on third party sites (including data feed), and "forget" to remove them or don't take the time to remove them.
