Great thoughts from my recent Mike Event

1. Recording my prospecting and listing presentations.

2. Get involved in a good mastermind group.

3. Making plans to attend a Productivity School.

4. Working to become a market expert with strong stat knowledge.

5. Reading Mike's new book.

6. Becoming fanatical on my lead follow up.

7. Visiting two For Sale by Owners and two Expireds a day and door knocking around these visits.

8. Sending Just Listed/Just Sold postcards and doing phone follow ups to those I mailed to.

Why not professional ? Think about if every agent posted their own marketing tips .....all 6 million of them... then this advice section - which is intended for buyers and sellers - not marketing seminars - would not be very useful, huh ?
