Greater Canby Area Home Inventory Drops 5 Months In A Row

A fifth consecutive reduction in our local housing supply was recently announced in a report by the Regional Multiple Listing Service.  The monthly survey covers neighborhoods and towns throughout the Portland, Oregon metro area, including Canby.

The above inventory chart indicates it would now take 8.2 months at our current rate of home sales before our market would 'run out of homes.'  We haven't seen home inventory numbers this low since August, 2007.
