Growing Neighborhoods near Gainesville, FL?

I am planning to move to Gainesville with my Husband and 1 year old. We are looking for a neighborhood that appeals to young families.  What are some nice growing neighborhoods in the $200,000-$300,000 price range? Thanks!

There are several neighborhoods in Haile Plantation, Portofino, Willow Oak Plantation (SW Gainesville) and Sorrento, Weschester, Ellis Park (NW Gainesville).[website removed by Zillow moderator]

You could also look at Fletcher Heights.  It is mostly young families, close to UF, and has a huge park that is perfect for kids.
