have you emailed/called a zillonian to request removal? Without communication a reasonable person would not assume that this site(or any other) is perfect.

This is a great site and it's free! Hate to see it go away.

Save yourself some legal fees and request that Zillow remove the property from the 'for sale' category.
You can also 'flag' a property (see the icon on your homes page) as 'not for sale'.

HAS ANYONE SUED ZILLOW FOR FAILURE TO REMOVE HOME LISTED AS 'FOR SALE' I AM CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION
HOUSE IS NOT LISTED BY AGENT, AND I AS OWNER CANNOT REMOVE HOUSE FROM THE ZILLOW SITE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. I AM LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY TO SUE ZILLOW OVER THIS. ANYONE ELSE HAVING SIMILAR PROBLEMS?
