NO THE COURT HOUSE AND METRO PLANNING HAVE IT RIGHT, ZILLOW HAS MADE THE MISTAKE AND ITS HARD TO GET THEM TO CORRECT. THEY HAD QUOTED MY HOUSE SELLING FOR 12,OOO.OO, IT TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS AND LOTS OF PHONE CALLS TO GET THAT CORRECTED.

That is a great question and one not easily answered by a real estate agent. I think that may be more of a technical question for Zillow. Zillow uses court house records to establish data concerning a given neighborhood so it is likely that the public records are missing the additional Parkridge Parcels.
