What is the reason you are looking for a lease option instead of just a purchase?

Hello, That is very very interesting, what area do you work? I live in Claremont, but interested in San Dimas, La Verne, Claremont and possibly Rancho Cucamonga. I'm a mobile home agent.   I would ver much like to speak to you, we are now a time limit. Carolyn

A Realtor should help you with your situation. I have worked with clients wherein we have looked at the homes being sold and negotiated terms for a lease with the possibility of purchase in 1-3 years.

Interview a few Realtors, find one that you trust and go with them for assistance.

Good Luck!
