HELP WITH UPDATING PHOTOS

My agent had my home listed on Zillow, and now I re-posted it as FSBO. Her photos are still on there, but I can only add/edit new photos. I don't want her photos on there, but they don't show up so I can remove them under the "Add/Edit" photos section.  Can someone help me???

I have removed the images since you can only remove photos you have uploaded yourself.
