Utah Home Central is the previous listing agent on this. Most likely they have it on some website still that is syndicating the listing to zillow. You would need to call them directly and explain the situation and ask them to close the website they have it on which is syndicating the listing out to other websites.

I'm a bit confused. I see you as the listing agent with your brokerage for that property. Are you implying that the historical listings at $799 k to $850k by Utah Home Central from 12/2009 until mid July 2011 are incorrect and it was never listed?

Colleen, My advise is to contact you listing agent and make them aware of the mix up, also contact Utah Home Central and ask them to remove your listing. Good luck Lisk I said your listing agent wants to help
