HELP!!!!

How FRUSTRATING! Our office phone will NOT work for phone validation! It does NOT have an extension and is NOT answered by an automated service! I'm getting frustrated because there seems to be no way to talk to you people! I was sending messages back and forth with someone in customer service, but she has stopped replying! I have several agents for whom I need to enter listings! WHAT DO I DO?? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! :)
