Speak with a Realtor that is on the MLS. On their they can do a filtered search for only foreclosures. I personally have sold my fair share of foreclosures and short sales, if you do plan on purchasing a foreclosure I would move quickly, prices of these homes are going up. At least here in Michigan they are.

Many foreclosures are listed in our realtor database, multiple listing service.  Feel free to contact me directly and I can take a look in your desired areas to find some foreclosure properties for you.

Lately, foreclosures have NOT been good deals. Be sure you are doing extreme due diligence or you may pay more than it's really worth - especially after all the repairs you may need.

Have you found Zillow's foreclosure center?  It has some useful background info.
