The 4.375 quote is deleted, he might have meant to quote 15 year. I also think the reviews are legit. Sonny looks OK to me.
I personally like the reviews, especially the one from the financial consultant.

But Jason , that is Sonny Mansoor we are talking about..he has that product that everyone else has offsheet @ 97% or worse pricing and he probably closing 500 loans/month which is why can do it for $175 origination

Well just look at the number of confirmed lenders now quoting/registered on the site..over 5,300!!
In May of 2008, it was 2,800 and honestly more than 50% of those were not even actively quoting or contributing to the discussion boards
So in the past almost 16 months, the number of confirmed lenders has almost doubled without there being the infrastructure being developed to properly manage and regulate the lender base. Sure the GNP is there but is it really being enforced or does it simply exist as a fallback to say "we really do care".
IMO, a fake review, GONE, 3 strikes for undeliverable quotes, GONE, verified fraud or dishonest activity by a lender, GONE...Enough with the slaps on the wrist, there are plenty of hardworking, honest and helpful lenders on this site to go around and this thread is just barely scratching the surface.

Apparently the site has little control over the content.
Borrowers are coming in for what they believe are honest, accurate quotes from lenders who they assume must have some "credibility" for being on the site. The ability to quote and the Confirmed Lender tag give the impression of having gone thru some type of vetting process. The bogus reviews only lead to a false sense of security.
Zillow---I don't think this is what you all had in mind when ZMM was created, but take a look at what it's becoming.

Jason, to add some icing, the review for Douchette ( sp below ) does not match reality. He just started quoting 1 day ago, well now it's 2 days, and if you look at all his quotes there is no follow up quote on the same client profile and since no contact made, how would he know where to email it had he not received a phone call until the 2nd follow up quote prompted the call. Just another load of BS and Trump should fire both LO's for neither being able to get a loan from this Rey guy. This is more double vision than the first double vision, sleeeeepppy.................
Jason ... Now THAT ... is FUNNY!
Did I read him name correctly as John Douchette?

Talk about suspicious reviews! This guy has reviewed two people and lo and behold, they are both with Stonewater! And as a funny side note, both Stonewater boys have the same profile pic.

As Clay previously posted double vision, I would like Zillow to explain how you can have multiple reviewers with the identical review???
Still seeing double!

I do not know about you guys but the first thing I do after talking to a contact for the first time is write down the Request ID so it can easily be referred to when the time comes for a reveiw

Ray - Find the quote for them. Using the loan amount, transaction type, property type...etc... Narrow down the search and you will find the original request. I make a point to put the quote request ID on every application I take. Seems to work well.

Ray, you could have them email it to you and you could cut and paste onto your profile as additional reviews. Trust me, I feel as though we should be able to have borrowers who find us through the threads be able to review us if they contact us but I also realize that unless the review is solely tied to the loan quote that it will be abused. Guess what it is that way anyway with some rather obvious tomfoolery going on.

Notorious lowballer and the subject of this thread: does zillow have a board where the consumers discuss problems with lenders who defraud consumers?
