Zillow, none of these quotes can be delivered so is there any consequence to repeatledly quoting these inquiries?

Clay,

IMHO this is also a bogus request. Possibly its a LO's bait & trap.

Almost anyone earning $600,000 a year is not going to buy a $417,000 primary residence, let alone with no money down. .... Happy funding, Rudi

It could be a bogus request but even if it is, the fact still remains none of those quotes are valid because they can not deliver the loan as quoted.

not everyone is flashy. There's a book called "The Millionare Next Door" that would surprise you.

They would however put a lot down or pay cash.

Norm,

If you are going to cut and paste a quote, cut and paste the COMPLETE QUOTE. DO YOU NOT PUT ANY VALUE ON ALMOST and LET ALONE WITH NO MONEY DOWN?

Pretty selective method to bring up a fact that ALMOST every 8th grader knows. .... Rudi

Rudi,

You think they could have been entering 6000.00 instead of 600000?

AA, i didnt think about 60K and that's probably what it is, but here is a another 100% with the usual suspects quoting. I didnt see any lenders updating U/W guidelines to 100% ltv today so this quote is not doable either.
