Here could be the new, "Rainman," on Zillow, or at least his protge. Quoting Jumbo FHA at 5.75 with only 1/2 point for origination. Take a peak at the LTV: 99 and the DTI: 77!
BTW: Rainman is gone: poof, off the site for good.

Neither Rainman nor Bibb can do this Jumbo, loan limit is 417K and neither mention doing a piggyback. In fact, Rainman quotes 6% but has 5.75% in his notes. Please flag.
