Unfortunately your question was cut off, but I will attempt to give you an answer that will fit most possibilities.
If you are looking to get the assessed value of a property in Weare you are going to have to contact the town office and ask for a Property Card. NH does not work on a county government system as far as property assessment goes.
If you are looking for the appraised value of a property, you are going to have to get an appraisal done (if it is your property) or ask the owner for a copy of a recent appraisal. Industry standard is that any appraisal over 6 months old is not valid for the purpose of getting a mortgage.
If you are looking for the value of a property in order to purchase it, then you should contact an area real estate agent and ask them to work with you on the property.
The thing to keep in mind is that each of these approaches is going to get you a different value on the same property. Each has a different purpose of their assessment of the value of a property and so the property values can vary widely.
Good Luck!

You should be able to find the assessed value of your home on-line at your county Assessor's/Auditor's website.
