The home will be listed with a Realtor, but only once it has become vacant, locks changed, etc. If there's a sign in the yard or possibly an agent posting on the door, go ahead and give them a call. If there's no contact information yet, be patient, it will list soon. You can also align youself with an agent that can watch the home on your local MLS system and alert you when it hits the market.
