Assuming you've already claimed the home for which you wish to change photos, open the property details page, scroll down to "edit" and one of the features under edit will be to add/edit photos.   At that point you can deleted photos, rearrange photos and add new photos.  (Photos tend to work best with firefox on Zillow)
