HOW DO I CHANGE STAUS TO SOLD? I HAVE TRIED "EDIT STATUS" AND GET NOWHERE.

Profile picture for JoeJudyR

Every month or so I get an e-mail from Zillow stating that Action is Needed on my listing. I have tried and tried to change the status to sold but see no way to do this. Where and how do I do this?

Hi JoeJudyR-

Are you referring to the listing at 9145 Rosewood Dr? If yes, here are the steps to follow on how to take down the posting:

1. Go to http://www.zillow.com.
2. Log in with the e-mail address you used to post the home for sale.
3. On the Home Details page of the property, click on "Edit Status".
4. Select the reason for taking it down (sold, pending offer, no longer for sale).
5. Click on "Create Your Listing".
