A local agent or your last appraiser may be able to help you depending on when you purchased. You have to prove that your taxable value is more than your market value in most places. Sticking your argument to a lower Zestimate or that another house's taxes will not generally work. There are some tips on appealing your taxes here that might help you.
Finding comps that have sold in the required timeframe, showing the decline in overall values in your area and showing the board any condition issues that might lower your value will all help you win your appeal. A local agent can be a great and helpful resource for appeals and many will charge nothing or only a small fee to cover their professional time. Do not miss your deadline. In some places, you can appeal at a set time each year, but in others the appeal period is one every two or more. If you miss it, it's gone.

Are you able to locate recent sales of comparable property in your area. This would be the first step. Also, have you tried contacting the property appraiser to see what they require in order to review the assessed value they have given your home?
I would start with contacting the property appraiser. They should be there to help. How long have you lived in the home? Did you move in within the last year?
