I can't seem to find your house on Zillow. They may not have enough info to list it yet. The current median for Daleville is $95,515, but that is only the middle value for your area so it may not help you much in terms of valuing your home. If you are doing a refi, the bank may use another automatic valuation system or just send an appraiser out to do an appraisal.
