When adequate data in your area is available Zillow will automatically generate a Zestimate.  In the mean time you might want to consider something much more accurate like a BPO ( Brokers Price Opinion) often used by banks or a Appraisal the industry standard for price evaluation. A Zestimate can be highly inaccurate.
