Zestimates provide an automated value estimation that cannot take into account any specifics about your property. To get a more accurate estimate of your house value, I would recommend contacting a local Realtor or appraiser.

Zillow is a great place for this. A Realtor can also a valuable resource.

Depending on your objective, selling or refinancing, you may come up with different opinions of value. If you were considering selling, a Realtor would also be able to provide a market analysis of other properties currently listed for sale and how long they have been on the market, whereas some opinions of value may only take into consideration the recently closed sales.
