I would be able to assist anyone who would like a Zestimate of their property. Although I would not base my main judgement off the Zestimate because it is not as well used in this area.
You can, however, have your Realtor go into the actual property and have them update anything which would be crucial to the homes actual price today (ie. if the home was built in 1980 it would be important to note if there was a remodel done on the home in 2001)

Zillow is not an appraisal, but to get a Zestimate, you can go here enter the address in the Find Homes box and hit the blue GO button. If Zillow has one for the house, a map will come up for the area. Click on the address box to get to the home page.
