When you do post your rental, try to include pictures of important rooms like the kitchen,living room, family room, master bedroom, exterior of the house, front and back, perhaps some pictures of a local park etc.

To post for free, Zillow has purchased Postlets and you can create a good looking post that will not only appear on Zillow, but on craigslist and other sites. Get there by clicking on the Rentals tab at the top of the Zillow home page and following the instructions there, or simply click here
