Good Evening...as my fellow agents have pointed out, finding a local agent familiar with your area is a vital part to establishing the value of your home. There is no cost or obligation to having an agent provide you with ccomparative market information and a suggested listing price and you may want to interview a couple agents to make sure you find the right one to list your home.
Best of luck to you. :-)

Many sites, such as this one will give you an estimate. However a local Realtor could give you much more specific information relating to the sale of your property and recent sales around you.

There are several websites you can go to -including Zillow- that will give you an approximate value of what your home is worth. For a more accurate value, you should contact a real estate agent and have a Comparative Market Analysis done.
