Hi Wayne -

All reviews are subject to moderation and can take up a week before they are published. If we find that a review does not meet our guidelines then we will reject it. You can advise your client to check the status of the review they submitted. If there are any violations or a review was rejected, they have the option to edit and re-submit the review.
