Not possible. Why do people find the need to quote things they cannot do? 95% Cashout in CA is not possible. And what's worse is he is from NY. Do people not know that MI companies are not insuring these loans in CA or do they just quote away????

Again people don't read the borrowers request they just quote and hope for a call and/or contact then claim a market change. Too bad Z can't work out some kind of filter that acknowledge's the borrower requested loan info before the quote may be completed.

I don't know, for something like I think maybe Zillow needs to add a field then. Conforming or FHA is something that means quite a bit to us in the profession, but the general public I don't think does. Now, obviously, because of the MIP it is quantifiably different, so it should be disclosed on the front end, that is the MIP. But whether or not its FHA, I don't know if something that necessarily annoys me. As they as they can do the loan at that rate, then back it up and do the loan.

Where in creation is the guy getting 6.00 with no points today? This isn't a low-ball quote it is a quote from a criminal minded individual.
Yea its called making your payments in arrears. If you close on the 15th of Aug, no payment till Oct 1st. Hence a month without making your payment. Nice little gimmick hes pulling, but we could all do that
Not quite sure what is more ridiculous, the no payment for a month coment or the 6% rate. This knucklehead is in my neck of the woods. I say we start developing hit squads to take out the galaxically stupid.
Check this guy out. 5.875% 30 YR fixed with one point. Only problem is, his website says today he is offering 6.25% with two points for same loan size in that state (FL). Follow linkto lender site and you can check it out. If you don't ban this guy, who will you ban? WE ARE TIRED OF BLATANT LIES!!

Nope-He quoted that same quote three times today. He also has several at 6%.
This is the largest financial transaction most people will ever make. If someone can't quote it accurately they shouldn't try. He's putting out hundreds of quotes across the country and ALL of them are at worse pricing than his website gives.

I think that Zillow needs to get serious here, or the good guys are going to pack their bags and leave the site. What will happen then? The dregs of the industry will be left, quoting away, making the ZMM absolutely worthless and tarnishing the Zillow brand. It's not that difficult. Last time I checked, there was still dead weight on the leaderboard too... Talk about BLATANT lying.
Ya that is a brand new review Jenn, wasn't there just a couple of hours ago. Shap's point was that it seems to be quite the pattern that has emerged......They get that 1st crappy review that shows their quality so to cover that up suddenly a few rave reviews show up to turn that 1 rating into a 4 in no time.

You know what else is wacky "G"? We even quote alike.. Not the same exact numbers, but stylistically (No lender fees).. I knew I shouldn't have watched FREAKY FRIDAY. I tried with the Bullwinkle cartoons and that obviously didn't kick down any doors if you know what I'm sayin'.
Unless you are an employee of a state or fed chartered bank, you have to have an individual LO license in MA. Recorded mortgages have to have the originating co name, originator's name and Lic number.
