My pleasure ladies! Those were not empty words. What I have seen for almost the past four years is your position with Zillow is a very difficult position. Too many to please!

To do this everyday with caring and enthusiasm is remarkable!

The irony of this is you are primarily handling complaints. Complaints from  non-paying visitors and contributors alike which think they deserve more for free!

Typically without the manners to even say thank you.
