Hey Fred, I thought she was awful cute and nice. I was going to ask her out but then I found out she did not own her house.
Hey Dan, are you nuts? If she owned a house she would probably be upside down on her mortgage. Beyond that she probably would not want to move out of her house into yours. Ownership by both people brings problems. Being a 2 house family means you have to make some hard decisions neither one of you wants to make. Would you really allow a house to come between you 2 and what could be a fantastic relationship? Think this over again.
I can see not dating someone who is in over their head in debt. That shows a lack of control. Not dating someone who does not own a house is just foolish.
Is this just a sign that more people are pure mercenary instead of looking for a good person?
