The answerer to that is no. We do have an issue with supply and demand now because of the banks holding on to properties and home owners trying for Loan Modifications. Spencer's graph from Zilliow is a good indicator BUT it is based on limited data. Unemployment is over 14%, defaults will rise and REO will multiply substantially as well as short sales.
