The government of South Carolina only lists two companies that have incorporated under the Gold Coast Development theme.

One is still active.

One was dissolved through forfeiture.

There was also Gold Coast Builders AKA American Block. They also appear to be defunct.

Here's the complete list of everything Gold Coast in SC either dead or alive.

Great idea! Thanks for pointing that out to me. Again...

Has anyone heard of Gold Coast Development? A year or so back they purchased many acres of land in Myrtle Beach which was effected by the fire back in April. They had planned on building subdivisions, and selling property to future homeowners. Would anyone happen to have any information on them - I have Googled them and I am only coming up with two companies.. And neither are what I am looking for. If anyone has any information or can lead me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Perhaps you could clarify your question by typing it out in the text box rather than the title box.
