Steve, there is more than one member on that site. In fact, I created a member ID. I believe it is a new website and they are still working out the kinks. Should be awesome once they get all the bugs worked out and running smoothly. I know how loyal you are to Z so it would make sense for you to accuse me of selling this site. I have no ownership or interest in the site other than I would like to see it succeed. Obviously it is not for you but it is an example of a viable option for those seeking shelter from the new ZMM price roll out.
Paying to give advice doesnt sound good to me.

I agree Rudi, I wish them success too. That site does look really good. They definitely have an advantage on the mortgage aspect of the site on screening lenders.

The site is founded by a few Confirmed Lenders, Jennifer Monestero and Paul Mondello. Both have contributed a lot of time and effort to ZMM-----all for free since its inception.
In no way would Paul or Jennifer venture into anything that is shady and would hurt the public.
So, Heaney, can you please keep your anti-ZMM's comments to yourself and come up for air once in awhile?

Greg, while Im all for calling someone out on discrepencies, this thread wasnt created for that purpose. There are plenty of other threads to whine and complain about other's misdoings. I really dont want to see multiple pages of back and forth finger pointing and BS of which you exquisitly illustrate so often. Have a great evening!
