Has anyone purchased a Wells Fargo Foreclosed home?

We just put in a bid in on a Wells Fargo Foreclosed home. We bid the listing price on it. Part of the deal is that we would also get pre-approved through Wells Fargo but didn't have to select them for the loan. I received the pre-approval letter from Wells Fargo and it states we are pre-approved. I am using my own finance place anyway. How long does it take to get a answer on this if they accepted our bid? Our bid was sumitted Friday (23 Jan) @ 5pm from the Selling realtor. Thanks

Hi,

Your agent should be in touch with the listing agent to know this! I would think you'll get a pretty quick answer. Does your agent know if they received any other offers over the weekend? Often banks will wait until after a weekend to get more than one offer. Have your agent call and find out.
