Has anyone used the "get your credit score" ad they have here on Zillow?

I was going to sign up at freecreditscore.com through the link on Zillow, but then I saw the small print on the offer page where it says: "THIS IS NOT THE SCORE USED BY LENDERS." I did some more research and found that Experian and freecreditscore.com have been sued and fined by the FTC for deceptive business practices and several consumer sites including msnbc and ConsumerFraudReporting.org have called it a scam.

Just wondering what the experience of other people here has been.

There is a thread here from someone who used that site. I believe that most lenders use the middle of your three scores or your FICO score most of the time. You can get your FICO from this site here or all 3 scores from this site here. 

If you just want to check your report for errors, you can do that for free once a year by going to this site here, but that free report will not include scores. Hope the links help.

If you use one, use My Fico.com. Better yet, have a lender pull it so they can tell you how to improve it.
