Has farm property in North Bend held its value?

How has the value of farm property around North Bend held up in value?  We are looking at a 44 Acre property and wondering if its value has decreased from its 2006 appraisal.

Yes it has most surely dropped in North Bend since a 2006 appraisal. here is the median chart for North Bend. Any owner or agent using a 2006 appraisal is trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

Prices are still soft and dropping in Oregon more to meet 2003-2004 trends at the very least. Are you buying from out of area or do you live in OR now?
