I added a space-saver microwave oven a few years ago. The diswasher is original. Although it still works, I've been planning to replace it. The oak cabinets are like new. The counter tops and floor are fine for myself...so I think those depend on you taste. The adjacent dining area floor I replaced with golden-oak Pergo that goes well with the oak cabinets. Also, I replaced the sink (Kohler) and faucet (Moen). Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
