There was a fire - August 2005. I live across the street & had just moved into the neighborhood (which is fabulous, by the way). The remodel looks good, but I think the roof insulation wasn't done right. I've noticed that the snow on the roof over the west side of the house stays on longer than the east side. The fire was in the west side of the house.
Hope this helps! I think this house is going back on the market soon...
