It looks like the page you might want to keep is here since it has the public information listed. You can flag the other two with altered addresses with the yellow edit pencil under the home photo to "report problem with listing" and Zillow will removed the duplicates.

You also may want to remove the feeds for the duplicate pages here and here so they don't pop back on Zillow up by mistake when the new feeds come in.
