Have any thoughts on how the new Certificate of Occupancy is impacting any dealings?

I know with the requirements of the new C/O that went into place last year had a lot of outcry from several Realtors who do business in the area.  I have not had any negativity from home owners who are basically assuring their home is up to date with the local codes prior to selling. I was just wondering if anyone has a negative and or possitive story to relay.
