Home values have decreased slightly in just about every area of Oklahoma. We have not been hit nearly as hard as most areas of the Country and some neighborhoods have sustained the values very well. If you could provide me an address I would be happy to contact one of my appraisers and ask that they do a very quick comp check for you.
