My understanding is that the Phoenix metropolitan area has had over 40,000 tenants evicted even though they have paid the rent. Renters are now scrutinizing landlords and I have an economical solution to the problem.

Two foreclosures I looked at recently were foreclosed on for that reason. In both cases the tenants vandalized the house.
