Yes, the chili cook off is my favorite part for two reasons:
1.) I like chili :)
2.) My church competes in the chili cook-off
The chili is was gets me there and brings me back each year!

I usually don't respond to old threads. But, you are the only person to make a comment. I agree. The chile cook-off is always great. My favorites are the live bands, the concerts in the park and just watching everyone enjoying themselves. The parade this year was a tad disorganized, wasn't it?.
