Have you guys ever been to my house?

 I think this site sucks. My home is still worth $235,000. Do you even know that this house is on almost 7 acres of beautiful high desert real estate, bordering on the Joshua Tree National Park? How can you have the house across the street, on a 100'x250' lot, in disrepair, worth more than mine?

I will not believe what you have to say until you come to muy home and explain what is going on.

Zillow is not an appraisal and they cannot see your house, so you are right in what you say. If you want information about your current value, I would contact a local agent since they have the most up to date information from the local MLS. You can also get larger trend information for your area on Zillow here.

For my area, I find that the trend information is more accurate overall than the frequent changes in house to house Zestimates.
