Home #2 sold originally for $338K and appreciated to $388K ($50K Appreciation) - Comps today are $311K (-$77K from high) - Buying for $305K (6K below current comps) ($83K between price and high in 2006)Both are workable, home #1 is a little more custom and less "tract housing" than #2, yet #2 is very nice as well. I'm torn, so I'm hoping someone can read into these #'s a bit to help me make my decision.Thanks!
